Psychotherapy
What does psychotherapy include?
“You know others and you know yourself: a hundred battles, no danger.
You don’t know others but know yourself: sometimes victory, sometimes defeat.
You don’t know others nor yourself: every battle is a certain defeat.”Sun-Tzu
The Brief Systemic and Strategic Therapy approach views the human being as a bio-psycho-social entity, an integral part of their family, social, and cultural ecosystem. It offers a variety of exercises, experiments, and tools to foster positive change.

What type of coaching do I offer?
Intercultural Coaching for Expats and Global Citizens:
Focused on the unique challenges that come with expatriation or life as a global citizen — whether in relation to oneself, one’s close social circle, or others in general.
We work together to learn how to navigate the challenges of expatriate life on professional, personal, and family levels.

All types of issues can be addressed.

Online format
What are the particularities of the online format?
I offer online support for adults whenever the person or circumstances require it.
Sometimes this format is the only way to attend sessions regularly.
Other times, due to the high mobility that expatriation often involves, the online format better fits the different realities of life.
