I like to imagine the therapeutic or coaching process as a journey we take together, where I help you pack your bags according to your starting point and the destination you’ll define based on your needs, values, dreams, and ideals.

I serve as your guide, although the precise path and rhythm will reveal themselves as we progress.

The goal of the first session is therefore to get acquainted, identify the stops along the way, and define the destination to reach, in order to establish the most suitable roadmap.


We will also define the frequency, terms, and conditions of our collaboration, and if you wish, I’ll suggest a first small step you can take before our next meeting.

Brief and Strategic Therapy Approach

Each session allows us to understand, analyze, and explore how the issue that led you to seek help actually works, and to identify the elements that maintain it, ease it, or resolve it.

We will examine everything you and those around you have tried to solve the problem, and together we’ll discover what works best or what could be more effective to try in your daily life.

After our conversations and based on your goals, we’ll agree on specific, practical steps you can implement, test, and experience in your everyday life—according to what feels most appropriate, realistic, and relevant to your situation.

In this way, we’ll work together so you can set out toward—or even reach—the destination you’ve chosen, even if that sometimes means discovering a new one along the way.
